Getting Around

We recommend you rent a car so you can explore every bit of this beautiful island.  However, if you choose not to rent a car, the following options are available:  

 

  • You can walk anywhere on the island.  Please be mindful that automobiles drive on the LEFT side of the road.

  • Local buses, called jitneys, will pick you up and drop you from where you stand on the road. Cost is $1.25 to go anywhere on the island. Make sure you have exact change.  NOTE: Buses stop running at 6 PM, so plan accordingly.  

  • Taxis are readily available on the island. It's best to ask for pricing before scheduling, as not all taxis use meters.  Drivers typically get a 15% tip.

NOTE:  This property is less than 2 miles from the Lynden Pindling Internation Airport (LPIA).  

House Rules

  • No Smoking - No smoking inside the home. You may smoke outside the front door or by the garage.

  • No Parties - No parties or events are permitted on the property. Please be respectful of full-time residents living around you.

  • Pool Hours - Please do not use the pool after 8 PM for respect of the neighbors. There are NO parties allowed at the pool.  There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.  

  • No Pets - We love animals however pets are NOT allowed on the property.

  • Quiet Time - Please respect our local neighbors by keeping the noise down after 9pm

  • Trash Removal - Trash bins are located down by West Bay Street, to your right & behind the lattice fencing.

  • Check In/Out - Check in time is 4 PM and Check out time is 10 AM.

Cancelation Policy

Full refunds, minus fees, for cancellations made 60 days prior to check in.  50% refund for cancellations made 30 days prior to check in.  No refunds are available less than 30 days prior to check in.  We do not offer refunds due to Weather or Natural Disasters.
